Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of welding processes and completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Review and interpret welding procedures and specifications.

Attend client meetings to understand job requirements, project duration, and specific inspection needs.

Lead and mentor the inspection team during routine and special inspection activities.

Prepare inspection reports and documentation in accordance with industry standards.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding inspection within Singapore.

Technical certification such as AWS, CSWIP, IIW, or equivalent.

Familiarity with national and international codes and standards, including AWS, BSEN, API, and SAC.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate welding techniques and procedures in accordance with national and international codes.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.

Collaborate with the inspection team to ensure quality assurance and control.

Attend site meetings to discuss project requirements and schedules with clients and stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance and support to welding personnel.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Relevant technical certification (e.g., AWS, CSWIP, IIW).

Familiarity with national/international codes and standards, including AWS, BSEN, API, and SAC.

Minimum 3 years of experience in welding inspection.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
